Rising above similar adventure bars on the market, the Comp Buzzard features a 70mm flat rise, which inspires a more upright riding position for endless comfort when touring or bikepacking – especially on bikes with a lower stack height. Along with a modest reach, the Buzzard is ideal for those of us eager to ride in a comfortable position that takes pressure off the wrists and allows settling back and into the bike, rather than hunching over in an aggressive and non-sustainable angle.
The Buzzard’s comfort is well complimented by carefully considered practical features. Its liberal 820mm width ensures plenty of control when the rough road gets rougher, its rise situates your line of sight to better see what’s ahead, and the wide center section allows you to fasten all sorts of bags and accessories needed for your lengthy escapes. On top of all that, its low price will save you money that you can instead use for a celebratory coffee when your ride has come to an end.
